Sunny Country Club Plaza 2-bed/2-bath Condo Overlooking Nelson Atkins w Parking!

Entire 2-bedroom/2-full bathroom corner unit condo overlooking sprawling views of the Nelson-Atkins Museum lawn located kitty corner. Walk about 10 minutes/almost a half mile in one direct to venture through the Country Club Plaza or head same distance in other direction for a visit to Whole Foods.

Inside Condo, enjoy an open layout with the two bedrooms located at opposite ends of the home for an enhanced sense of privacy, space and overall comfortability. There are two full bathrooms, each with a shower/bath. Each bedroom has a queen size bed although the back bedroom is a bit larger than the front one (see photos). There are plenty of windows throughout home making for a good amount of natural light. The sunsets and sunrises are exceptionally lovely, especially from the living room area.

The sofa isn't the most comfortable, it's a temporary item purchased to hold us over until the sofa on order with quite awhile wait on shipping is set to arrive. It does fold down to a futon-like bed although no one has slept on it yet and don't know how comfortable it would be. If you have children in your group which this would help in terms of bedding, please let me know and I'd be more than happy to look into perhaps bringing in some kind of appropriate thick and sized mattress to go on top. On the other hand, blow up twin and queen size mattresses are also available upon request depending on the needs of your group. I'm here to help and do what I can to make your stay in Kansas City good as can be!

In the approximate 1000 square foot space, enjoy the convenience of a fully serviceable kitchen complete with full size, stainless steal appliances plus Keurig Coffee/Tea maker with plenty of choices plus creamers, a variety of teas, and some snacks, hot water kettle, blender, and all the other normal kitchen items such as dinnerware, flatware, drinking glasses (tall and regular), coffee cups, wine glasses, and also a set of durable, dishwasher safe plastic but non toxic full place settings for the kiddies. Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, serving plates, good selection of spices, serving platters, a blender, and some bakeware as well as other items to make stay as comfortable as possible.

Dinner table comfortably seats 6 people. Within open layout, alcove-like space with desk and wireless printer provides space remote work. In-unit laundry room with stackable washer and dryer.

43" flat screen Roku TV in living room and 32" flat screen Roku TV in one of the bedrooms. Full access to Netflix, Hulu, and the over 700 movies my family and I have acquired into digital movie collection available within Vudu app. There's also just about any other app available through Roku which you have available to stream through your own accounts in addition to complimentary apps such as PBS, Kanopy, and many more.

One reserved parking spot is available. Additionally there is street parking available at no charge. You're welcome to use the mini gym in the basement of our building.

If feeling adventurous, rent an electrical bike from about 200 feet from doorstep of entrance to building using the 'Ride KC' app or one of the 'Spin' scooters usually in front of building. There's also a bus stop directly in front of the building. Ubers and Lyft's also available locally.
