Nice hotel close to interstate for navigating.

This is a nice, clean hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend it. I was there for a graduation and found the accommodations offered quiet and centrally located area.

Second time we've stayed there, we like it so much

Pros: Location, cleanliness, breakfast, rooms, comfortable, beautiful lobby and eating area. Room includes microwave and a very quiet refrigerator.
Cons: The room we stayed in, 126, was a handicap room, but the bathroom door opened out into the room and was odd...could not imagine a wheelchair in it.
Location: Good location for Nelson's Water Garden, lots of eating places, and we enjoyed Old Katy...museums, tea room for lunch.
We have needed to visit Houston twice recently. We like Katy because of Nelsons Water Gardens located in Katy and we've been there before. Best Western Plus is a terrific, beautiful hotel. We got an upgrade in our room to have a downstairs room again this time...lovely suite for the price of a King room. The complimentary breakfast is a real plus! Anything you could possibly want from biscuits and gravy, bacon/sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, fruit, cereal, toast, etc. etc. When we have a trip to Houston, we will stay in Katy and at the Katy Best Western Plus!

Great Hotel in Katy Texas

Pros: Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, AC worked great, snacks available in lobby all day & night!!!!
We had a great stay at this property. Were in town for a wedding and blocks had filled up at the hotels the bride and groom had chosen. Looking for options and came across this property located adjacent to one of the other hotels. I have not stayed at a Best Western of years as they have had a stigma of just being mediocre properties, but this property changed my mind for sure. The rooms were very clean, water in the toilets was yellow, but the bathrooms were spotless! All of the linens were clean and the beds were quite cozy! I would without doubt recommend this property to my dearest friends. We had a brunch to go to the only morning we were there, but the breakfast looked and smelled yummy!! Will stay here again if ever in the area.
