Booked the room a week in advance. Got a confirmation email from the hotel 3 days prior. I Called the hotel and confirmed Covid policies and the room. Got to the hotel for check in and they said they didn’t have the 2 bedroom suite that I booked available. Nor could they even give me 2 connecting rooms. They Ruined my daughters 15th bday. HORRIBLE. Don’t ever book this place.

great hotel-very clean and well decorated room . had problem calling for a wake up it can only be set up by stopping at the lobby. really not that big of a problem. all staff very helpful.
