While checking in the desk clerk rolled her eyes at me when I informed her I had a service dog. Additionally, breakfast started at 6:00 am, at 6:15 on our way out, there was only cold gravy and eggs.

Jets in the jukuzzi didn't work found a cup of something in the microwave and the air conditioner didn't work. Swimming pool was cloudy.

Aside from the $25 hold they put on my debit card as the room was nice and comfortable could use some extra vacuum attention under the table over all great stay

THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A HOTEL I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Booked vias expedia mistake #1 but thought I was on the hotel website. I thought I booked a pet room only to be told by the young man at the front desk there were none available and an additional $150.00 fee would be applied in addition to the room rate of $124.00!!!! He then stated if you booked via a third party the issue is with them not the hotel I should have read the fine print he added.!!! Never will I use Expedia or Americinn by Wyndham!!
