The location is 5 minutes walking to shopping, medical services, and at a public bus stop. The facilities were perfect for us in meeting the above needs. The staff were very helpful with adjustments to check-in, check-out times. They also offer reduced rates to support guests with medical trips to the area. Our stay was during winter, and the indoor pool, hot-tub, dry sauna were also clean and ready for us to soak away the days travel stress. We'll definitely be staying here again.

The only thing disappointing was that they had a special rate for people ( me ) that are there because they have someone in the hospital 4 minutes away...but your rates are considerably higher. Unfortunately, because I booked with you ( Expedia ) they could not offer those rates. Can you adjust ?
