We booked two rooms during our stay, one with a king bed and one with two queens. When we checked in we got two queen rooms instead. When we told them one of the rooms we booked was supposed to have a king bed they told us they over booked and there was nothing they could do. The hotel definitely didn’t seem over booked because there were hardly any cars in the parking lot but they wouldn’t do anything to make it right. The hotel has a musty odor as you walk in, and the rooms smell even worse. One of the rooms smelled like pure mildew and the AC didn't work in the other. It was disheartening to not get the rooms we paid for and for the rooms we did end up in, to be uncomfortable. The hotel was also pretty noisy. We could hear the people in the room next to us arguing loudly and you could hear people as they walked up and down the hall.

The accessible room only had a grab bar by the toilet, no other safety items. No walk in shower.

Check in was quick and the clerk very pleasant. Our room was clean and spacious and refrigerator had a nice amount of space and also nice freezer space. The bedding was nice but the mattress needed updating. Plenty of towels and wash clothes, very white and fresh. Seemed to be located in more of an industrial area, but worked out just fine for our one night stay.

Like: large rooms, friendly staff, convenient location Dislike: breakfast needs more like peanut butter, hot sauce, sugar-free syrup for waffles. What was available was good - staff just had trouble keeping up with demand 30 minutes before breakfast was over - probably because only one staff person was working and trying to cover breakfast room and front desk with people checking out.

We liked the dining area for breakfast, but the food was disgusting. Here were no coffee makers in the rooms. The beds were hard. One of our sinks sprayed water everywhere when turned on. One evening when we came back to our room, the key had quit working. We had to go to front counter and there is no elevator in this hotel. The attendant was RUDE and unprofessional. Our sheets had stains on them and the house cleaners had their children with them while they worked. One workers child would walk up and down the hallway into the room the mom was cleaning to ask questions about the device they were playing on. This place is a trash hole!
