Palm Trees, Tropical Plants, Sunshine will surround you in Paradise. Your White Sandy Beach is Private (not open to the public) with Lounge Chairs at the Beach and Pool. The property has a Tiki Hut at the water's edge where you can BBQ (the fish you caught) on the gas grill and dine with your family or companion on the water's edge.

The heated pool is also a great place to relax. The property underwent a recent total landscaped renovation. The condo that is very clean and bright has also been totally renovated with a fully stocked kitchen, GE products, and Corian tops.


The Master Bedroom has its own bathroom, King size bed, flat-screen TV, and balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and a flat-screen TV. The condo was professionally decorated with all-new furniture including mattresses/bedding. Note: This is a 3rd-floor unit and our complex does not have elevators.

Other Activities: Sit on your private beach and watch the Dolphin, Manatee, Tropical birds along with other Keys Wildlife. Kayak, snorkel, and bask in the warm sun.

Home away from home
This property has all the amenities of home with an amazing view, private beach and beautiful pool. The full size kitchen that was stocked with all the pots and pans was perfect for making meals for my family. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious; plenty of towels and great water pressure. The sandy beach was beautiful and we found many sea creatures to entertain us. Property owner, Michael, was fantastic and informed us of all things "Keys" to do with the kids. Steps from the condo was Sunset Park, where the whole neighborhood gathers to watch the sunset together... singing the Marathon Song aloud! 🎶 We loved it and will definitely return!

Marathon Beach Condo
Great location. Property was super clean. Direct access to the beach for a nice walk in the morning. Close to restaurants and bars. Check in and out was simple. Marathon area is a great place to relax.

Everything was simply wonderful! The Condo is just beautiful with all the comforts of home, the grounds are very nicely maintained and I can't say enough about our Host, Michael, he is beyond a phenomenal Host. You can tell he really cares that you have a good stay and goes above and beyond to make sure he can help you have it! He contacted us prior to leaving for vacation, offering many suggestions and giving very helpful insight for our day trips, checking in on us after we arrived to ensure all was going well with our stay and when he found out we had a sizeable delay the day of our departure he had even more suggested stops on our way to the airport! The location of the condo is really perfect... located about half way between Key Largo and Key West it allowed for day trips in both directions. We don't travel like this much so this was a big vacation for all of us, my husband and two kids 18 & 22...We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!! The private beach was by far the nicest we saw during our stay! Peaceful & Relaxing - and the pool was always clean and welcoming as well. Planning on a return trip!

Wonderful vacation
From the minute we opened the door, we knew we made the right decision to stay here. Condo was perfectly decorated for a beach vacation, adequately supplied and in a wonderful location. Only steps from a private beach and pool. Watched the sunrise from our beach and sunsets from a 5-minute walk to Sunset Park. About a 60-minute drive to Key West. Host called us prior to our arrival to make sure we have everything and offered appreciated tips throughout the week. We would definitely recommend staying here
