"Everything was beautiful. The only thing we could’ve wished for was to have a chair in our room. There was a bench, but there was no luggage rack and no chair to sit on the bench was small. We asked for a luggage rack and a small chair and they gave them to us. "

"Our bartender Mike was phenomenal. The one thing that needs to be addressed is size of pool and pool area. Could never get chairs or enjoy area. Needed a place to relax and swim. Could also use thicker blankets for the beds. But we will definitely be back. "

"Excellent hotel! Lovely room upgrade! Nice breakfast. Pool temp was perfect. Excellent location. Very walkable area with some wonderful restaurants nearby. Only downside was no parking. Limited free street parking on select streets."

"We picked the property because it met our primary needs: affordable, two beds, and a hot tub.... This property delivered. The front staff was welcoming....the housekeeping staff was less than ...like there was literally none...but we are fairly neat and tidy and it was no bother. Will definitely return. We rented a private room with a bunk. There is a power outlet and light at each bed. The Starbucks coffee is a nice touch and the drink prices were much cheaper than anything on Duval. We did pregame at the hotel bar a time or two. "
