The location of this hotel is excellent. The lobby and spa are beautifully appointed. The rooms are spacious, but with a dark blue ceiling and dim lighting, the rooms are dark. Even in the daytime with the shutters open, seeing is difficult. The gym consists of two treadmills and two ellipticals only, and while the expansive glass on three sides provides a beautiful view of the city, with an eastern exposure, you will need sunglasses for your morning workout. My biggest complaint is the additional $43.00 daily resort fee that you find out about at check-in. We did not park a car, use the pool, use the gym, or cash in the chits for two complimentary drinks. So I guess the bottled water was at premium prices.

Beautiful hotel and a great location, right on Duval Street and walking distance from all the major attractions, most reviews indicate that the rooms are very small, although they are smaller than a traditional hotel room, they are still very comfortable and plenty of room for two people. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and hotel is extremely well maintained and clean, I can't stress enough about how beautiful this hotel is, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and will definitely stay there again on our return trip.
