Great vacation spot!
The check-in process was quick and painless, even though we didn’t arrive until after midnight. The property was quiet, and clean. The condo itself was spotless, it had all necessary amenities and a great view as well! The spot was very close to Duval St, within walking distance of a nice beach - overall, it was perfectly positioned for tourists!

The location was perfect! Right near all the main areas. There was everything you would need for essentials in the kitchen, bedroom and laundry. All instructions were as described. Would def. Stay here again and again. Comfortable beds, great air conditioning and a loving friend, Iguana, that happened to be living above the patio. Great view of the ocean, pool and beach. The environment was quiet and no complaints of any noise. Also, lost my phone in the mangroves Andy replacement was sent to the front office and accessing and getting the package was with ease. Again, I cannot say enough. Thank you!

Amazing Condo
The condo was amazing! The ocean view was great as was the pool and hot tub. It took us a little bit to figure out the lay of the land, but it didn't take long for us to know where everything was. The proximity to Smathers Beach is a HUGE bonus. Probably a 3 minute walk to an amazing KW beach. We arranged for parasailing out of Smather's Beach so it was very convenient to be able to walk over there instead of having to drive somewhere. Our family likes to try different destinations, but we wish we could pick up and move this condo to every location we ever visit!

wonderful week in key west. we werent there to be inside so most of time spent out by pool and on the town. we grilled one night on property, which was great. great views, pool and location, and safe

Overall, Nice Place/Space
We were pleasantly surprised by the space and layout of the place. Location is great! It’s adjacent to one public beach and only a 2-3 minute drive to another on the southwest side. It is also far enough away that you don’t have to deal with the tourists from the cruise ships. The place had nearly everything we needed. Towels, chairs to take to beach, pool noodles, and plenty of kitchen items. We only needed to hit Publix for some items to stock refrigerator. I would consider this unit again on future trips to Key West. I deducted a star because the unit is a little worn. You can see it most in the bathrooms. This is mostly cosmetics, like different colors of silicone around tub and shower tiles, doors frayed along sides, sink dripping, shower control only gets hot when handle in about 10 o’clock position, patio door not seemingly lockable, patio having lots of spider webs as if it’s been without use. Well, we didn’t use because of all the webs. Some repairs should be considered. About Key West: Being surrounded by water, the island has very little beach, as seen throughout other parts of Florida. The beaches, for the most part, have large rocks, seemingly to prevent erosion, along them. There are a few spots you can find a sandy stretch similar to most other beaches. However, the water is nice, clear, and shallow. We walked out maybe 50 yards and the water was still only about mid chest for my 13 year old daughter. Must have water shoes for beach to pass rocks

Our stay at KW Condo
We enjoyed it very much. Condo was clean, roomy, and had a great view of the ocean. Pool was great as well; we enjoyed it very much. Went to Duvall St. to get a feel for the island, since we hadn't been here since 2010. All in all. we had a great time.

Great getaway
The inside and outside of this condo was perfect. Anything we needed was onsite (beach towels, kitchen gadgets, cooler) and the outside view, pool, jacuzzi and sauna were all very enjoyable and relaxing. We hope to be back again one day. Thanks for sharing your place with us. Take care.

Great views and pools
What we loved: the heated supersized pool and hot tub by the ocean! Amazing. Can’t beat it. Pool area is quiet and peaceful and just lovely, though the pool area closes at 10pm. Spectacular view of the ocean! What we didn’t love so much: lots of maintenance issues to the property…elevator broke down, a/c didn’t work, pest control showed up out of the blue….the porch was really dirty so we didn’t go out there much. The beach area is full of debris and glass apparently from a past flood, so you will need to go to one of the adjacent beaches. Smathers beach is also currently under construction so it’s really loud and has bad air from the construction vehicles. Also…10am checkout. Thats way too early for those of us who like to sleep in on vacation. Also, the second bedroom has a floating wall so there’s no sound barrier to the living room. The place was super clean and safe which is why we gave it a 4. And the location is awesome. The whole property is just a little dated. Overall, it’s a great stay. We had a nice vacation and loved Key West!
