Nice B&B. We had more than 2 in our party so would have been nice to have adequate seating on balcony (and a fan - it's hot). GREAT swimming area and comp beverages/towels/happy hour!!!! Super staff--very accommodating.Property location is excellent for using Loop Bus to get around and for nightlife. Thanks Travelocity!

My issues were that i was not told that you had to be an adult to stay there and i had my 16 year old grand daughter with me. I was also not told i would have to share a bathroom. The propery was very nice and close to everything which is why i choose it. Staff was nice except lady that xhecked us in who had no compassion for my situation.

We're sorry you didn't see the information stating all guests must be 21 years or older - it's on the website and confirmation email. There is also a description of each room, and rooms 15 & 16 do state that they share a bathroom. wonderful quaint gem in the heart of Key West. Welcoming friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Lots of little touches around the property. Nice breakfast and happy hour! Will stay again on our next trip!
