The property was very clean with a great pool and a sunset view off the pier. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and it had an amazing view of the ocean. We were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary and will absolutely go back.

Exceptionally clean rooms. Great dining at the Hot Tin Roof. Loved the ocean front views from the balcony. Staff was great. Always willing to go the extra mile for guests. Pool area was great.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. All of our needs were addressed promptly. Concierge arranged for golf cart rental and assisted us with restaurant reservations. This was our second stay with Ocean Key and we will return. Until next time…STAY SALTY😎

Very clean, gorgeous rooms. Service wad excellent. It was pricy but worth the money. A little disappointed that my partial ocean view was incredible partial and hard to see but i loved the balcony anyway. Recommend to anyone looking for an upscale place to stay in the keys.

The best part of the property was the location and very popular outside pier bar/restaurant. It had a good vibe and bartenders/servers were pleasant. The upper level restaurant was also very nice and Andrea was a great server. We were VERY disappointed in the room accommodations and general upkeep of the public areas. First I will say that masks were worn by all staff and surfaces seemed to be sanitized. The room however, is very outdated and needs a complete overhaul. Dirt in the corners of the rooms and under furniture. The balcony was dirty need updating. The awning right below our balcony was filthy as was the area below that. We were on the 2nd floor (not my favorite) and the "partial ocean view" is a stretch. The plants and trees blocked the "view" over a parking lot. Due to COVID, we had to request housekeeping. I understand that, but when we did, little seemed cleaned except for new towels and our garbage wasn't removed. The sink on one side was clogged. Yes, I could have requested it to be fixed, but disappointed that it wasn't maintained. The safe in our closet died after the 1st two nights. The islands had a massive power outage while we were there. This is not the fault of the hotel, but when it came back on, the AC didn't work. We discovered this after returning in the evening after dinner and as it was our final night and didn't want to have someone come to the room to attempt to fix it, we just dealt with it.
