Hey Matthew! Thanks for the review! I am so sorry to hear that the pool codes were not working most of the time. I would love to call the property to report the issue to them, but I'm unsure what you mean to say. Do you believe the lock system was faulty or needing replacement? Aloha Mary, Thank you for your review. I'm glad you loved your condo, but I am very confused with the rest of your review. We sent your code at 3:55pm on the day of your arrival. We also sent you MULTIPLE emails ahead of time with the Arrival Instructions AND your property address in a special bolded section that states "Property Address" directly under your "Unit Number" with property name "Kauhale Makai." Our agent also sent you your property address on September 9th, at 6:42pm- days before your arrival. See excerpt below: Aloha Mary, The Address to check in at below: Kauhale Makai 938 S. Kihei Road Kihei, HI 96753 Office opens at 10am to 4pm. If arriving after hours you can register the next day. ----------- Maui Condo & Home is the rental company, and you booked a unit at the Kauhale Makai through Travelocity. That is the name of your property. If you were having issues finding your room even after receiving your code, you could have called our After Hours number again.
