Aloha and Thank you for sharing your experiences. We apologize if we failed to meet your expectations. However, just want to clarify that we have a commercial conventional oven, waffle maker and a microwave. So not all but one item is microwaved. It is advertised online as "Hot Breakfast" like every other hotel out there that offers free complimentary breakfast. We are still in the process of updating our rooms. We are under new management, so slowly but surely things are getting done which we are excited about. We will definitely look into the online websites and correct whatever issues we may find. Thank you for your time and for sharing. We hope you may give us a chance in the near future.
