Easy to find location, and convenient for visiting Fort Hood. Room was clean, but the shower stall really needed a full caulk removal to get rid of mildew stains. The shower temperature would not get above lukewarm. Room A/C could not maintain room temperature. Had to have my room key reprogrammed twice - I believe they improperly coded the checkout day the first two times. Breakfast was overall good. Parking was an issue at times due to trailers taking up five spaces.

This has been the best hotel experience post COVID. Everything was great from the room, to the staff and the hot breakfast was amazing!!

Our check-in was fine. The next we went to a funeral and was gone for almost 12 hours just to come back to an uncleaned room. No clean bath cloths or towels. And so of course nothing else had been cleaned. I went to tell the front desk attendant and he acted as if this was the norm. He said he would email the hotel manager which was a lie. When we checked out the following morning I asked that attendant if there was a note left about the uncleaned room and he said he didn't see anything on the counter or in the computer...and he acted as if complaints were normal as well. I have yet to have anyone from the hotel reach out to me for an apology nor a refund...I want my money back. I don't need a credit for another stay...just my money.

Hotel room modern, roomy, and most of all, clean. The cherry on top was the kind staff that greeted us as we checked in and eagerness to make sure our stay was pleasant.
