The female i talked to this morning was polite. Also the maintenience man was also. When i got too thebhotel the man told me i didnt have a reservation so i showed him the conformation. My last nam is Van Natter ....Two WORDS ONE name. He hands me a paper to sign and since the name was entered in as Natter instead of Van Natter i crossed it off and wrote it correctly. He wigged out and printed another and told me to sign it. He was rude. And the room could have been cleaner. I am not a clean freak. But i had to was the coffee maker and pot before i could use it.

It was acceptable as far as cleanliness goes but the front desk clerk was short with us and rude. He acted as if it was an inconvenience to take the time and explain where things were on the property. And the "continental breakfast" was toast and yogurt. Any other days inn typically has waffles and muffins AT LEAST. But for the price it was worth these few little issues but they should still nake sone improvements in these areas

The front desk gentleman was very nice and although I did arrive before the 3 pm check-in, he contacted housekeeping and requested if they could finish my room early! Which they did
