There’s a coffee shop right next, parking right at your room, quaint area in old town Kingman. Loved driving down Beale Street and seeing all the old buildings. Lots of cool places to eat and drink with indoor and outdoor seating. Picked up some local brews at Rickety Cricket nearby. 😊 Would definitely return.

Noise all night the property wouldn’t/couldn’t stop. After my 2nd call to office I gave up complaining.

HORRIBLE HOTEL> At least a dozen long black hairs on the sheets and pillows. Room smelled of cigarette smoke (probably brought in by A/C) 10 men standing in parking lot next to my room drinking and smoking. I was a single, female traveller - I did not feel safe at this location. I had been driving over 15 hours and it was late at night, otherwise I would have said NO WAY. AS it was I stripped the bed, shook out the sheets, cases - wiped down with a damp towel and wet wipes, slept in my clothes for a couple of hours and left ASAP - Horrible hotel.

This was one of the dirtiest properties I have ever stayed at. There is no way they are disinfecting anything unless they put the dirt back afterwards. I had disinfecting wipes with me and came up with dirt everywhere I used them. Was overly warm all night since they had removed the air conditioning controls and you could not adjust it. Lots of noise . People roaming the parking lot all night. I don't know what I was thinking reserving a room here..

We were impressed with the wood flooring as opposed to carpet. Much cleaner. The beds were quite comfortable, too. The building itself is quite dated and typical of a roadside motel but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very pleasant and there is a pretty good family-run restaurant sharing the same parking area. Very convenient.
