Overpriced, musty room

Pros: Location
Cons: Front desk staff, room decor, laundry facilities
Location: The "Pelican Man" puts on a daily show in the evenings ($10 per adult)
We stayed in a room by the pool and, considering the price paid, we were not impressed! First, when we went to check in, reception made us feel like we were bothering them. Annoyance or indifference were the attitudes we experienced with the front desk for our entire stay. Our room was by the pool and was quite dated and musty with an extremely small TV. We ate at the restaurant which was decent (and the staff here, compared to the icicles at reception, were friendly). The laundry "facilities" included one washer and one dryer, both from an era long gone by, and one soap pellet was $4. Cherry on the cake was on the day of our departure when reception called our room ten minutes before check-out to make sure we were coming out. I assured them we were leaving!!
