Clean and newly renovated the staff are a bit stiff from my little experience, like management have a zero policy and that makes the staff hesitant in being friendly.

Hotel Four Seasons Stay

It is centrally located to New Kingston for you to visit Emancipation Park and Half Way Tree. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. My daughter booked me there as she recently stayed there for a church conference. As I am over 80 years old the front desk staff and all the other staff were so helpful. I felt so cherished and would recommend this hotel to everyone!! Thanks

Go somewhere else

First I was told they couldn’t find my reservation.. I had to take my 11 yrs son and went under a tree to sleep. Finally I was given a room by the poolside. Bathroom had rust and mold,the bed and pillow was so hard you would be more comfortable sleeping on the floor. Continental breakfast was only bread and butter with coffee that was already in your room. Safe did not work.. finally after 3days out of my intended stay of 15 days I had to check out and went somewhere else.

Outstanding service

From the moment I walked up to reception, I was greeted with a warm smile and welcome. Checking in was quick and effortless. The room was not what I requested but that was corrected within 5 mins. Housekeeper Norma was so nice, she helped me to surprise my sister with a honeymoon room and it was beautiful. The staff at the restaurant and also in-house security was just as great.... this was a total fantastic experience for my family and friends who traveled to the island with me.

Good for Business trips to or within Kingston.

Pros: Room was clean & updated, staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful within their purview.
Cons: Upon room check-in confirming that the room provided is actually available and not occupied would cause less confusion & embarrassment upon check-in.
Location: Within walking distance there is really only a Tastee otherwise you need a Juta, rental car tour or a cab to go anywhere of note.
Overall the experience was good it was a comfortable, clean place to sleep at the end of a long day. Would've liked more options that included meat w/the free breakfast and for the JA option to include codfish & not just a vegetable. If you wanted meat or authentic JA breakfast it was an upsell or regular menu. Accommodated an early check-in which was great. C

Nice Hotel centrally located in city

Pros: Very friendly staff, complimentary delicious breakfast.
Cons: A microwave and kitchenette sink
Location: Restaurants, businesses, shopping, hospital, movies, circus, park
We arrived at the Four Seasons Hotel three hrs early. The Front Desk Staff was very nice and accomodated us with a room which happened to be available. My stay was great. The staff was awesome - very polite and helpful, smiling and friendly. Treated me and my family with love and care! I would be happy to return anytime.
