Thank you Laurie for your review! The room keys are programmed to only access guest room floor. This is a security feature. Next time just visit the front desk and we will verify with your friend/family on the other floor and give you access to their floor. See you soon

waited over 2 hours for every meal at the roof top restaurant. house keeping had no towels nor wash clothes 1 day. rooms are very plain/basic even the "upgrades". Room furniture appears refurbished or "second hand". all-inclusive breakfast is very minimal with not much of a variety.

The location was good, staff was very polite and attentive. The food was good, the room was good and well kept. There was no parking out front, so we had to park in the garage and the the pool was very small. The cable channels were limited.
