We are definitely not in the business of cancelling reservations. When the online travel agent advise us of credit card authorization issues and advise us we will not get compensated if we honor the reservation which is was cancelled, there is nothing we can do be give the guest the option to pay with cash. We are very sorry about that fact that a credit card challenge prevented you from being out distinguished guest. We are also not sure how a review was left on a canceled reservation.
