This stylish home has an enchanting ambiance and delightful amenities that make it truly exceptional.

Located in Kitchener, Ontario across from Millwood Park with access to many walking trails. This quiet residential area is close to everything including a wide selection of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, cinemas, and more!

7 minutes to Conestoga College and Highway 401 or a short walk to bus stops. Downtown / University of Waterloo / Wilfred Lauriel University are a 20-minute drive.

The space
A newly renovated back split, lower unit with a private entrance inside our fully fenced backyard. You will be impressed as you enter into a large master suite with a gas fireplace and an abundance of natural lighting though out the room. Everything is fresh with a modern twist that will totally wow you!

There are three beds. The master bedroom has a queen, second bedroom has double/full bed and a comfortable queen sofa pull out in the living room. This place is a great for short or an extended stays.

Everything exactly as advertised
I would stay again. We had a busy itinerary but the place would have been great to hang out in. The host was kind..I am not great with electronics but assisted me to check in with ease and was always concerned about our stay.
