The location was perfect But: 1- the quality of the building and bathroom and lobby area was the same four-star hotel. 2- the quality of the spa wasn't good 3- the quality of restaurants and foods was very very normal. In self-serving was many items but quality not good

Nice facility but room mix up
The facility was great, but the service wasn't that good. While my friend and I were asleep, some strangers opened our room door and came in. Apparently the front desk had given them the keys to our room by mistake. They left quietly, but we were started. After that, our key cards didn't work. We told the front desk about it, but they didn't seem too concerned.
