1 person working front desk at peak checkin time, stood in line over 30 min with 9 people ahead of me. Staff was friendly but wait times were ridiculous. This is a converted Quality Inn that seriously needs some updating. King bed was comfortable, but if you plan on using the sofa sleeper, plan on visiting the chiropractor the next day. Room was clean but no vent in the bathroom which makes things miserable for all involved. For the age of the property, definitley not worth the price.

Sorry for your wait, most of our guest that day had the same idea of checking in early (prior to 3 PM) before a concert that night, the line was non stop for over 3.5 hours, our second front desk staff arrived at 3 PM. It takes between 5 and 10 minutes to complete the check in process on average if their are no other issue or request from the guest checking in. So if we do the math if appears the front desk staff did at the very least an acceptable job. Thank you for your understanding and your review.

Our king suite had two entry doors directly to the outside, which i think should have been advertised. Also, our door leading to the parking lot would not deadbolt. We moved a chair to but in front of door, since it was so late when we checked in, and the floor underneath it was filthy. Facilities were just not what i expected for $135/night.
