The location was perfect, close to my family and property I was in town to check. The exit from the hotel was not clearly marked and the lighting to the exit was almost non-existant. I have stayed in many Holiday Inn Express, breakfast is included, most have much more than was offered. Rubbery omlents, cold ceral and make it your self pancakes was not up to the usual standards. Coffee was great, staff was very friendly. The front desk did everything to assist and make the stay comfortable and welcoming.

Good hotel... Nice rooms

Pros: Staff Attitude, Cleanliness
Location: North Cambell Station near I-75 Knoxville has a lot of competition and food outlets (not on walking distance). Good place to stay ....
Somehow only 2 Adults were shown on our booking although we were 3 adults and 2 children. The Hotel receptionist on duty "Ms. Sharon" was very helpful and accommodated us to a handicapped room equipped with enough beds/roll-over beds for all of us... Wonderful customer service !!!

Christmas Stay

Pros: The convenience to the people we are visiting.
The hotel was nice & served its purpose. We didn't use any of the amenities so I can't rate them.

great place!

Pros: Free breakfast
Rooms are clean and staff is great. I would stay here again for sure!!! It's worth the rate and better safe than sorry.
