Quiet country setting, plenty of room and an easy drive into town or to Pigeon Forge attractions. You are one exit down from Dollywood, Tanger Outlet Mall, and all Pigeon Forge activities.

This house is perfect for families and pets.

There are plenty of parking spaces in the additional lot.

The Space:
It's an older country house, in the country, so please expect some insects during the summer months if you leave the doors opened. Expect the occasional field mouse too. There are deers, as well, who frequent the open pasture across the street. You may also hear coyotes.

The Neighborhood:
It's a quiet neighborhood in a country setting. There's a grocery store about 7 minutes down the road, Pizza delivery and Puello's Grille restaurant are several minutes away.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft and other rideshares are available, however, there is no public transportation.

Note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID to pass through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). A maximum of 3 pets are allowed on the property but we charge a nonrefundable pet cleaning fee of $150 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 8 PM CT to address your questions and concerns. For any food deliveries, Door Dash, McDelivery (McDonald's), GrubHub, 2eatn, Bite squad, and Uber Eats will deliver them all to you. Normal sleeping capacity is 7 but we allow up to a maximum of 8 guests per reservation. We charge an Additional Guest Fee of $15 per person per night for the 8th guest. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability. Check-outs after 3 PM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate.
