The parking at this Hotel was a bit overwhelming. It was valet with cars coming and going. The valets were very nice but trying to get everything out of the car with local traffic felt rushed and stressful after traveling. The roof top bar was a big draw for us booking only to find it was completely booked and not accommodating at all.(seating staff were not at all friendly) There should have been a section of seating for hotel guests only, or first come first served. We ended up at the lobby bar, great bartender, but offering something sweet, cookies, cake, cheese and crackers would have helped make it feel warm and friendly. For the price I probably would not stay at this location again.
