Check in desk was closed so you had to call someone to come down. Not bad. Just diffferent. No ice machine. No shampoo. We booked a single queen bed online and were given two double beds. Very clean room, just a different hotel due to limited staff and service but wasn’t expecting a lot for the price. Overall not a bad hotel for one night.

The assistant manager was extremely helpful at check in. I arrived a few hours before check in time and she was able to find a room for me right away. She was sweet, friendly and helpful!

I stayed here between the dates of 10/25/19 -10/27/19. One of the worst experiences I’ve had in my life! I booked the hotel on Travelocity. Upon booking they send a receipt, I noticed my receipt said it was a smoking room. Not even 10 minutes after booking it I called the number provided for WoodSpring Suites. A women answered the phone and I explained to her I have really bad asthma and I can’t stay in a smoking room I booked it on accident. She reassured me that she had changed it and while I was on the phone with her I told her I would arrive late, around 12 am. She told me to dial 500 on the phone in the lobby and someone would come check me in. After I got off work I headed that way it was 6pm when I got off and it was a 5.5 hour drive from where I’m at. On my way I called the front desk to confirm my reservation for a non smoking room and that someone would be there to let me in at midnight. The women on the phone confirmed all of these things and told me to have a safe trip. When I arrived around midnight I got all my stuff out of the car and into the lobby. I tried dialing the 500 number multiple times and it kept beeping like the line was busy. I tried inside the hotel for about 15 minutes. I went to my car and started calling from my cell phone. Same thing happened. After an hour of trying to call and being very sleep deprived and angry I called the after hours reservation line. A women I think her name was Shannon answered the phone and apologized and asked if

T.he room was clean and staff was nice-but had nothing that could take care of our request for a plastic spoon and extra pillow. There was a kitchenette, but no coffee pot, utensils, dishes--absolutely nothing. If the company can't put coffee pots in room, they could put cups, instant coffee and creamer so that one could have a cup of coffee. If you want a really bare bones place to stay--this is it. Probably won't stay again, as I can find better accommodations at similar prices. (You can purchase their dishes, pots, etc)
