Toller Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung!
Für Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönen Umgebung, sie war sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Man hat einen klasse Ausblick auf den Lilienstein und die Elbe. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Ferienhaus Merz
Schöne Wohnung nur für ältere Menschen sehr anstrengend viele Treppen im und zum Haus .Nicht unbedingt leise da eine sehr befahrende Straße vor dem Haus ist und die Eisenbahn sehr störend ist .Die Gegend ist sehr schön viele Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und ich einigen Punkten übertroffen. Der Check-In war problemfrei. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter durchgehend schnell, unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet bereits die wichtigsten Dinge (Salz, Geschirrspültabs etc.)

Ferienwohnung
Sehr saubere ,gut ausgestattete kleine süße Wohnung. Was uns allerdings nicht gefallen hat,war das die Hausbewohner sich wegen Lautstärke um 20.40 Uhr beschwert hat,als wir durch den Flur nach oben gingen. Somit hatten wir immer das Gefühl leise sein zu müssen um niemanden zu stören. Ansonsten war alles sehr schön. Vielen Dank an Familie Menz

Super schöner Wanderkurzurlaub mit Kindern in grandioser Umgebung
Wir waren 3 Nächte mit unseren 9+ 10 Jahre alten Jungs in Königstein. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Familie Menz sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist, trotz Treppe zwischen Elternschlafzimmer und Wohnbereich, geräumiger als gedacht! Die Lage ist super und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter auch klasse. Leider hat die FEWO App unsere Reise nicht angezeigt somit konnten wir über FEWO nicht mit dem Vermieter in Kontakt treten als es um Datenübermittlung ging. Allerdings war er sofort telefonisch zu erreichen und wir konnten alles Wesentliche klären. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und wir können die Unterkunft für Wander- und Kletterbegeisterte weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Gegend zum Wandern
Wir haben die Tage genossen und einige Wandertouren unternommen. Das Wetter war großartig und von unserem Standort aus konnten wir unsere Routen gut erreichen. Ein bisschen schade war es, dass die Gasthäuser in der direkten Umgebung nicht am Abend geöffnet hatten sondern erst zum Ende der Woche öffnen. Aber in Pirna konnten wir gemütlich zu Abend essen (Tipp: Tisch reservieren 😉) Wir kommen gerne wieder.

War alles perfekt
Die Wohnung und Lage war wirklich perfekt für unseren Urlaub mit Ausflügen in der sächsichen Schweiz, nach Dresden sowie nach Tschechien. Zudem war die Wohnung war um einiges größer als erwartet. Alles sauber und IO, tolle Aussicht aus dem WZ, und Herr Menz ist als Gastgeber äußerst nett und stets hilfsbereit gewesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
