Lovely hotel with helpful staff

Pros: The general amenities, decor, large bathtub and the staff.
Cons: A few walls could probably use some touchup paint from luggage scuff marks.
Excellent care from the staff at all times. Friendly service and a lovely room. We arrived tired and stressed from international travel, 2 adults and 1 teenage son. When I inquired about the roll away bed I'd requested they told me they could fulfill my request (at an extra charge per day, which I expected) or they could upgrade us to the penthouse suite for free. Needless to say, the 2 story penthouse suite was a lovely surprise and had some great views. They have a nice cafe on the 3rd floor with daily breakfast and coffee/espresso service, a gym, elegant rooftop bar, and on the lobby floor there is a little museum/gallery of things from decades past. This place is such a gem!
