First day was hell

On my first day we had neighbors who we're acting wild and crazy, screaming and running through the halls. Because if this we couldn't sleep and called front desk to see if they could talk to the other guests. I was hung up on and never called back. An hour later it's getting worse so I request a room change. I was told I would be called back very shortly. Again no call back. Another hour later I call to ask to speak to a manager. Again I was told that I would be shortly called back. Needless To say I was never called back. No sleep for because of the party room and they were never talked to. The next day I was assured the problem wouldn't happen again and they did help me with my issue. It got much better and my stay became enjoyable but the first night was so bad I almost went to a different hotel even though I would have lost two prepaid nights in the hotel. Their night staff needs a considerable amount of training because they chose to continually ignore a guest in need
