安心してお泊まりできました
久しぶりに利用しました。 喫煙ルームでしたが、空気清浄機をかけて外出し、戻ってきたら臭いは気なりませんでした。 予約後の変更でどうしても分からず、深夜も深夜に電話してしまいましたが、そんな深夜にもかかわらず知識のある方が丁寧に教えてくれました。わかりません、とかけ直しを言われるかと思ったのに。 また、久留米に行く時は利用したいと思います。

駅に一番近いホテルだったと思います。何も不便がありません。ただ、ホテルに入ると芳香剤の香りがただよっていたのでアレルギーを持つ家族には辛かったようです。食事もとることができなかったので、次回は違うホテルを探そうかなぁという感じです。気にならない方が大半だと思うのでマイナス点ではありません。
