Check in was set for 3:00pm but our room was not available until 5:30pm. No compensation was given for this inconvenience. Room was dusty and pillow case had brown stains. We requested to have our bed sheets and pillow cases changed when our room was cleaned but it was never done. When asking to have the bunk bed made up, the staff at first told me to do it myself.
