Thank you for your comment. For us it is very important to know your opinion. We regret if our reception service caused you any inconvenience. We work our way differently. We use WhatsApp a lot to offer a remote service from anywhere, 24 hours a day. We know it is different from what is commonly seen in other places but for a small hotel like ours it helps us keep in touch with our customers and that they can have access to our staff from their cell phone.
