Very clean, comfortable and convenient to La Spezia train station. Staff was extremely helpful and texted me the day of our stay to give us directions to the hotel. They also provide bag storage if you’re visiting Cinque Terre for the day. Room had nice, modern decor. This was the only hotel we stayed in during a 2 week trip in Italy that provided coffee/tea maker in the room.

Quiet. Great bed

Pros: Convenient
Cons: Internet. Nightlight in bathroom
Location: Eat. Shop. Train r
We felt so welcome at this hotel. Train noise was not a problem at all. Convenient central to everything. The owner Paulo took time to help us with a car parking issue. Our only complaint were some internet problems, and it is a walk up, but the staff helped us out there as well. Highly recommended.

Comfortable spot close to train station

Our room faced the circle and piazza which was wonderful for people watching. Loved it. Manuella met us at the front door. Reading the previous reviews helped with expectations.
