The toilet was making noise, and leaking. The seal tank to bowl leaked, and the wax seal to floor leaked, so a puddle on the floor developed. They moved us down the hall. The new rooms card reader did not work, so they gave us one key instead. I plugged my cell phone charger into an outlet, then we turned off the entry light to sleep. In the morning I discovered the outlet was a (split duplex receptacle) switch plug for a lamp, meaning I had a near dead cell phone!! Breakfast was very disappointing. They put out almost no food. Sign says " variety of pastries, variety of cereals" only instant oatmeal packs, and tiny packaged sweet buns. Powdered coffee creamer, no milk, fruit ect. You can order Shrimp & Gritz , we did not have time, but ordered a waffle, it was ok. Room and hotel condition was poor. Wall repairs done wrong and unsightly, hole in floor under carpet you step in and feel, switch and plug boxes coming out of the walls, room a/c controls broken. Only basic cleaning performed, curtain rod high shower tile not cleaned. The rating on yelp was lower then here, I wish we saw that before. We over paid.
