This is 1 unit in a 3-plex, So there is a common wall. There is an outside courtyard/entertainment area which is awesome. The unit has a dedicated parking spot. Great little place. Enjoy historic Lafayette all within walking and bike riding distance. Enjoy everything at the University and Downtown. Best place to be in Lafayette hands down, ask around. This is like a very nice studio apartment room with a full kitchen and your own private courtyard. Great especially if you are traveling with your Fur-Baby🐶🐱🐶🐱🐶.
