Did not give me a refund for the unused 2nd night

Cons: Better refund and accommodation process
Tight, dusty, claustrophobic room made my medical condition even worse to the point that I could not even sleep my first night there. The receptionist was aware of it, but could not get me a refund from Reservations for the second night, even after Travelocity called them. I ended up checking out just after one night to maintain my sanity. The hotel did not get me/Travelocity a refund for the unused second night. Needless to say, I'll not recommend this hotel to anyone.
