Halls were old, need updated and look dirty as a result. No elevator to second floor. Price was good and location was great.

I liked the size of the 2 bedroom suite. However the suite wasn't cleaned or dusted properly. What bothered me and my family the most was the smell of dirty air blowing from the AC unit. It smelled like mildew and gave an unpleasant breathing environment. Upon check out I mentioned it to the older lady at the desk and she quickly responded by saying" it's the humidity outside causing the smell and it's out of our control". It sounded as if the answer had been rehearsed and they've heard the same concern before. No apology was given. I guess because it's out of their control. I don't believe every hotel in lake George was experiencing the same issue. My overall experience was a bit disappointing. I would never go back. It's worth paying a bit more next time for a better experience elsewhere. The pool was also dirty with hairs and looked foggy. I don't think it had been cleaned of debris. Employees I encountered in public areas were not friendly. The printer in the lobby didn't work. The motel is in need of a Renovation. And to management I say take and accept the constructive criticism. Thank you.

Property is being renovated, but the suite I had was clean, neat, welcoming and very comfortable. I had two days of meetings and the value was fantastic. I am guessing that the Lake George area is swarming with tourists and visitors in season, but for my purposes it was great to utilize it in November. Recommended.
