For the cheap price for an overnight stay this place was very very clean. Checked in at 7pm ish and saw at least two employees cleaning different things in less than 12 hours. Super clean

I was in the area for an event. This Super 8 is clean, quiet, well run. Close to everything. I would stay here again.

Being asked to sit till I got home after the fact the price of the room. We were promised that if we went ahead and came to the facility, even though the hot water was out, the manager would negotiate a discount. When we arrived, we were told that the manager would be there in the morning before checkout to negotiate the discount. Then, the next morning we were told that the manager would have to get ahold of the owners to get the discounted price and the owners had not answered managements calls. Finally, I insisted that the discounted price be agreed upon before I left the facility. I was given a fair discount. I think the discount should have been set before the facility called to say the water heater was out and did we still want to keep our reservations. The discount lured us to keep our reservations. And we were not given much notice. To make the decision beforehand about the price would have saved time and money.

Water heater went on the frits before we got there. Apparently fueled by propane. Should have been repaired during the day but was not. Caused a carbon monoxide alarm about 7 pm. Had fire dept ventilate the building. Should have been repaired earlier. Also half of housekeeping staff had walked out same day. Not satisfied with this trip at all.

Dear guest, I apologize for the inconveniences. We were very clear to each guest checking into our hotel of the issue we were experiencing prior to check in, giving the option to stay with us without having hot water. We tried to get the water tank to work all day, we had multiple professionals look at it. It required a specific part that wasn't available to us at the time, as the company we are getting it from is closed on the weekends. We were not expecting this to happen, and we greatly apologize for the issues we had encountered for you during your stay with us. Thank you for your feedback.
