This was our 2nd stay at this property. We live relatively close and this is our choice for a quick getaway due to the great amenities. The staff was always friendly, even when swamped on the weekend. The breakfast is a typical continental with frozen eggs and sausage, but the ladies maintaining it were fantastic. Friendly and making sure everything was stocked while keeping things clean. Be aware that it got much more crowded on the weekend, lots of older kids with not much parental guidance. We could hear our neighbors’ music through the walls, which wasn’t ideal at 11pm.

1st night was fine, hotel was clean and easy. Second night was a problem- storms took out power shock came back on eventually, but no acknowledgement by management- still no water the next day, so no way to take showers. I had to wait 15 minutes to ask the front desk person for a credit for no water since she was on her cell phone and she brushed me off by saying she had to email management. Still have heard nothing from management two days later so I’ll will be disputing on my credit card for the second night

The pool had so much chlorine in it burned mine and my children’s eyes as soon as we we in the pool area.
