We take great pride in our cleanliness, and this is absolutely not up to our standards. I have discussed this with our staff to ensure that it does not happen again. We are hoping to unveil our hotel renovations soon, which includes brand new guest rooms, lobby, and pool area. The beds were super hard, The bathtub had pubic hairs left, the first night there we decided to call the front desk and ask if we cancel our next day would we get charged, she advised that we would get a refund so we booked another room somewhere else well the next day when I went to get the Refund the gentleman was really rude, and said no refunds while the manager called me back and was really rude talking over me, and at the end if the day she never refunded us the room that we didn't stay in it was a total rip Off!!!and I will never stay or recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for ruining our vacation!!

Dear Ms. Noonan and other 3 Girls on Vacation,
Thank you for staying with us during your Spring Break. It is unfortunate that your stay was not as fun as you had planned, but we said you could have the refund only if you left that same night. You chose to stay and, although we were happy to have you, that meant there would be no refund per our Cancellation Policy.
The gentleman that you mentioned was rude to you is our assistant manager and he was a gentleman to you, as well as everyone else he meets, even when he has to be a little firm with guests who refuse to follow policy. After you checked in, you accused him several times of keeping your credit card and identification. He spent several minutes looking for your cards in the office and the parking lot while kindly taking your accusations, only to have you finally admit that you had them the whole time.
When I talked to you, I was polite as I listened to you, but I did have to interject in order to give you an answer to your request. I am sorry if it was not the answer you wanted, but we gave you an opportunity to cancel before you slept in our beds.
I am unable to address the bathtub issue as it was never mentioned to me or any of my staff. In addition, we do a 26-point inspection of every unoccupied room nightly and our ratings for cleanliness have always been very high.

Nice hotel close to the lake
It's a good option if you want something close to the lake. Staff is awesome and quick during check in and out. The room is clean and you can ask for room service. It's a good option if you don't want to spend too much money. Restaurants are very close as well
