They is a security guard that patrols during the night to ensure no property is taken from the parking structure or boat parking area. Additional boat parking is available across the street as well. There are 2 boat launch sites within a 5 min drive, and you can park your boat on the beach during the day. Take breaks in the A/C or make a few more drinks to enjoy.

This condo is walking distance to multiple restaurants and bars. One of the best steak houses is steps from the condo, with a great wine selection. This is the place to be in Lake Havasu!!
