Poor water pressure
This house has a lot of potential. Felt like a DIYer was slowly making changes. However, we paid a lot of money for a house where 5 people struggled to take showers. If a toilet was flushed, the shower water would literally stop for over a minute. Description says the house can sleep over a dozen people; hope they don’t all want showers or coffee (there were only 2 coffee cups). Weather was cool as we didn’t use the ac. The house AND yard just needed some serious attention.

From day one there was things not working properly. Found out the house is on a well not city water. The water pressure was terrible would not even flush toilet properly. Ants in the upper bathroom Bath tub did not work, stair loose,ice maker not working and much much more. Had to go through Vrbo staff to get host to respond Property manager sent someone out who didn't fixed anything. When air conditioning stopped working upstairs, that was the last straw I took my family home 3 days early because unable to tolerate living there

Great, Quiet Place
The property was clean and ready when it was supposed to be. There is a keypad lock, so check-in and check-out was easy. My only complaint was that the yard had not been mowed in quite some time. That one thing would elevate the property to another level.
