Tight quarters. Small bathroom but shower was adequate. No dresser or luggage stand, that was rather inconvenient. Fridge was good. Walk up to second floor might be inconvenient for some. Great price relative to the area. Tough walk up hill for seniors to get to town and Olympic Center. Excellent restaurant right next door…unexpected plus for sure.

Lake Placid
Perfect place for a short stay. Kids loved the loft. The drain where the washer/dryer hookups are needs to be plugged to prevent the smell from coming out. Picture in ad is slightly different but nothing major. Easy walking to the downtown attractions.

Decent Value
Decent value for the price. Short walk to main st shops and restaurants. Pretty tight for 4 adults, but we knew that when we booked. Overall cleanliness could have been better. Had it been cleaner and better stocked (another coffee cup and another bath towel would have been helpful) - I would have maybe given 4 stars. We’d consider staying again, since we usually visit the area to hike and don’t really spend much time in the rental other than to sleep.

We arrived at 6 PM after a day of hiking only to find our unit not cleaned we reached out to the property owner who told her someone would be there within 30 minutes to start cleaning two hours later we were able to get into the place the cable/Wi-Fi never worked the entire time we were there very disappointing

Brief Stay in an Apartment in the ADK
Property was just as described. Clean and well kept. Pack accordingly if you plan on staying in the loft...as it is difficult to carry things up the completely vertical ladder. Parking was a little limited, as it appears there is still some remodeling occurring on the property and there is lumber shortening some of the parking spaces. Would recommend to a friend.
