First of all, I was greeted by a very friendly, kind and personable man at the front desk! He was sooo very helpful! The room was great! The grounds were impeccable! Soo close to the beach with great amenities! Fire pits were great and being able to make S’mores at the fire pit was awesome! It was just a beautiful place to stay! Thank you! 😊

So at first I was skeptical about staying at this property due to some of the other reviews. We rented a king beachfront room and it was absolutely gorgeous we stayed a little out-of-the-way of the crowd and in the 3d floor, we heard no one partying or loud neighbors like I’ve seen in other reviews. The view was most definitely the best part of the room. The room was very updated and gorgeous. Our room has a balcony that was a major plus, we got to watch sunset from our room. The only complaint I have is they have no microwave. The beach is beautiful very well-kept and not too crowded. The restaurant was open but unfortunately they only serve seafood. The only negative is trying to get a hold of the hotel. It took me three days to get someone to answer the phone to confirm our reservation. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

We're thrilled you enjoyed your stay, the only thing I would like to note is due to the high call volume we are experiencing we started using a texting service for our in house guests so they can easily reach us. The number is in the welcome letter you receive 3 days prior to check in and it is also given to you on your map at check in so between phones, email, and our texting service there should be no problem in getting ahold of us.

The rug in our room was pretty dirty causing the bottoms of our feet to be black just from walking in it. Also the rug was coming up and the yak strip was exposed. I managed to avoid it for the most part but stepped in it one night and got puncture would on the bottom of my foot.

Room was clean, if a little small. The beach is wonderful! It was pretty loud outside of our room for 2/3 nights that we were there, probably due to the weddings that were occurring on the property. Parking could be difficult, even though they had passes issued. Great part of town, right off of a main road for easy transportation around the lake.

I loved the lake view, rooms are very old and in need of renovation. The lack of hot water for showering was by far the worst aspect of the room

I was very disappointed in the amenities. The main reason I booked this place was for the hot tub and the fireplace in our room. Neither was working. The bathroom towels were super cheap and felt like sand paper. They were also very small. Disappointing.

Hello, we are sorry the fireplace was out during your stay, we have to have yearly maintenance done on them and they are all currently back in operation. The how tub will not be opening this summer due to covid however all of our other amenities on property are open including the heated pool and tiki bar.
