It's hard to rate Edgewood positively after having so many poor interactions with the staff in our 5 night stay. Some of the staff were great, but the majority of our interactions just felt like we were inconveniencing them. They never met the standard of luxury that you'd expect from a luxury property. It's really unfortunate because the Edgewood property is beautiful and the hotel was well maintained.

Unfortunately, they charge $50 per day for car parking at the resort! This is unacceptable!!! I can understand if the parking lot is closed and protected from snow, but it's not! Your cars get snowed under, they are not cleaned but you are charged $50 for parking your car for a day. Unfortunately, the bistro restaurant, one of the restaurants in the facility, has a strange menu! For example, while the hamburger is available for room service, it is not available in the restaurant! Very strange!

After paying a wopping 1035 $ a night i could not have access to the dinning facility due to the big number of visitors For lunc I waited 45 min to be seated andf after that it took 50 minutes to be served with a pizza The restaurant is very poorely managed For soup only one choice .. in a five star hotel
