    The lady who checked us in was very personable and made us feel welcome. When we got to the room, everything was very clean and tidy. We were worried about staying in this hotel because we have an infant and did not want our room to smell of smoke from the casino. Thankfully, our room didn’t. Any questions we had were answered by the staff. The only part that wasn’t too great was that you have to pay for in-room WiFi. Other than that, the parking was great, and we would definitely return again.

    Liked that it was across street from ski lift, nice spa and spacious room. No in room food. Rooms very quiet, especially since this is a casino.

    It where the action is among the casinos in Tahoe. They have shows, and its also close by to the South City strip of shopping and skiing at HEAVENLY
