The first thing we noticed was a punch in the face of cigarette smoke the moment we enter the lobby for check-in. The staff appears to be unhappy to be at work as they do not smile or great you. The steakhouse is over priced. We ate at the cafe… it was all frozen food.

Stayed for 4 days this past week was clean and friendly my 16 month old loved the pool and arcade the view from the room was amazing it was nice and quiet

Over all the hotel was passable but for the money they charge and the fact that it's a Ballys it should be so much more. Think I will try a different property next time am in Tahoe.

We were not impressed with the staff checking us in. The room they gave us was not what we paid for and had an issue with the air conditioning. When the maintenance person arrived, we were told that the hotel staff new this room had an issue and should not have been booked out until the problem was resolved. The manager stepped in and moved us to the room which we had originally paid for. Thank you to the manager!
