I had a pretty awful night in this hotel. It started off promising. The room was clean, cute and spacious. It even had an outdoor deck. The problems started when I laid down to sleep. Ironically, I only rented this room to sleep and didn’t intend to spend any time in it. First of all, it was obvious that if spending was cut it was cut on the mattresses. They were horribly uncomfortable and low quality. Very hard and you could feel the springs through..similar to a pull out mattress. Second, and I’m not sure what the hotel could have done about this one, do not get a room on the first floor! The people above us were incredibly loud. I’m assuming I had bad luck. It sounded as if our upstairs neighbors were dragging furniture around and stomping on the floor all night. This is not an exaggeration, I couldn’t believe how loud and how long it went on. 10pm-5am. I am a heavy sleeper but my mom slept maybe a total of 2 hours. It was an absolutely miserable night and I wouldn’t return to this hotel. The price point isn’t low enough to warrant something like this. I paid $300 a night and left feeling tired and ripped off.
